OTAUnits are prepaid. The simplest way to use the service is to create a new username
and buy as many as you need - there is no setup fee for this but there is a minimum OTAUnit quantity.

The system can also be run with an account. This allows you to associate several usernames with one account,
provides group accounting, allows you to resell the service to your customers, offers lower minimum OTAUnit
purchases and offers a chargeband for different volumes of OTAUnit purchases.
